Wonderstone Ring

Here we have a sterling silver arrow ring featuring a teardrop cabochon of Wonderstone from the Dead Camel Mountains.

Wonderstone is a variety of rhyolite made from highly silicified volcanic ash. The Dead Camel Mountains, outside of Fallon, Nevada, are famous for a few great lapidary materials, including Wonderstone that occurs in many different colors and patterns.
