Carnelian Stacker Set

Here we have a sterling silver stacker set of rings featuring a rectangular cabochon of Willamette River Carnelian.

The Willamette River in Oregon runs right through the city of Portland. Half the state empties into this body of water, so combing its gravel beds for material often proves fruitful. This little piece came from the banks of the Willamette just south of the city.
